1. Research & Development Consultant

Qualifications:

• Degree holder of Food Technology, Hotel Restaurant Management, formal culinary education/training
• More than 5 years experience in the culinary industry
• Can whip oriental, native, western cuisine from appetizer to dessert
• Knowledge in Food Costing
• Willing to travel to Bicol at least every 2-3 months with a minimum stay of 3-7 days

2. Commissary Consultant

Qualifications:

• Degree holder of Food Technology or any related course
• More than 5 years experience in handling Food Commissary
• Knowledge in Food Costing
• Technical Know how on the latest technology used in Mass Food Production
• Willing to relocate in Bicol for 3-5 months.
