- Research & Development Consultant
Qualifications:
- Degree holder of Food Technology, Hotel Restaurant Management, formal culinary education/training
- More than 5 years experience in the culinary industry
- Can whip oriental, native, western cuisine from appetizer to dessert
- Knowledge in Food Costing
- Willing to travel to Bicol at least every 2-3 months with a minimum stay of 3-7 days
- Commissary Consultant
Qualifications:
- Degree holder of Food Technology or any related course
- More than 5 years experience in handling Food Commissary
- Knowledge in Food Costing
- Technical Know how on the latest technology used in Mass Food Production
- Willing to relocate in Bicol for 3-5 months.
